This Online Form is designed so that you can enter your Personal Information. This form is separate from the CLASSMATES.COM web site and will be used for two purposes. First, to record you as an Alumni and second, to record your interest in any Alumni Club Event and/or receiving Information about it. You can just sign up for the mailing list and e-mail list by making that selection in the "Submitting For" drop-down box. You can also use this form to UPDATE your Personal Information and any Event Survey Preferences. Please note that "Registering" does not mean that you will be attending an event. The most important purpose of this form is to collect as much information about classmates for future reference and mailings.

All information will be kept confidential. Mailing, including e-mail, if you prefer, will be sent to you over the coming months about the  plans and schedule of the 40 year class reunion.
