SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT and USING WEB SITE

In order to utilize the power
of this web site, you must first set up an account. This is done by
clicking on OPEN ACCT.
This will bring up the OPEN TEMPORARY ACCOUNT Page. On this page will be specific fields that must be entered. The specific fields are denoted with an "*" to the left of them. There are several "Drop
Down" Selection Fields. You click the arrow on the box then click to make your
selection. The Contact will be the Event or Class Administrator. This person will have full access to reports concerning those Registered for Events; Who submitted Survey Information, Who sent an RSVP either saying YES or NO and How many, if any, Tickets were purchased. This person will also be able to view the SURVEY SCORING, indicating the guest preferences for dinner, music, the bar, the meal type, etcetera. Please note that Setting Up an Account does not guarantee that Reunions & Party Consultants will undertake an event. The account you create will be a TEMPORARY Account, subject to FINALIZATION by a Company Consultant. The Consultant becomes your company contact and will handle information for the event. When a Consultant accepts the event and finalizes it, he or she will contact you to set up the event proper. Some out-of-service-area accounts are service limited. This means that only online services may be available for your event. |
An EVENT does not
automatically occur, even though an Account is Finalized by a Consultant.
The Event must be set up as well, by the consultant. Specific Information
about the Event will be asked for by the consultant. The consultant will
then enter this information into the online system, activating the Event.
Also, we must have the signed agreement in hand. Once the Event is activated, you and your guests can begin using the ONLINE ACCESS portion of the web site for Information submission and collection. Each EVENT will have access from the company Home Page by clicking on EVENTS. This will take you to the EVENT ACCESS Page. You then click on "Clicking Here" and you will be taken to the Events Selection Page. You then click SELECT next to the Event Named in the List. This will take you to the EVENT HOME Page which will reflect all the information about the Event, that the consultant received from you. This information can be updated any time by simply sending an e-mail to the consultant. There are several other options that can be set up as well, but must be done so by the consultant. These include: Activating the SURVEY Function; Activating the RSVP Function and Activating the TICKET SALES Function. There is also a MISSING CLASSMATES function. A survey will not work if not selected. Some events do not require a survey, like weddings and anniversaries. The RSVP is used often for most events that depend on the number of people invited, actually saying they are coming. Ticket Sales function is used, mostly for class reunions, as the actual party is financed by ticket collections. This function sets up a web page that will allow guests to purchase tickets ONLINE via our PAYPAL Account. That accommodates most Credit and Debit Cards for Secure Purchase Transactions. The main source of information you will have is from your assigned consultant. While this page gives you insight into the various functions of our web site, it does not supply the details nor covers every topic possible. That's where your company assigned consultant come in. |

After a Consultant FINALIZES
your temporary account, he or she will send a pricing chart for various
services we offer and an Agreement Form. There is no commitment until the
Consultant talks with you and explains the various services we offer. You
and two other classmates will be required to sign the agreement form,
before we will commit to the services requested. So you will understand up
front, there is a $100.00 Cancellation Fee charged to you, should
you decide that you want your agreement with us cancelled after it was
signed. You will have the option to continue by having the consultant post
your event on our web site. After posting, we assume the responsibilities
