POST OFFICE BOX SERVICE Use our POST OFFICE BOX for all return mail. Instead of getting
your own postal box, all mail sent out for your reunion would have our RETURN MAIL
ADDRESS. We charge a fee of just 10˘ per piece of mail received for your reunion or party (Useful for
receiving R.S.V.P. and Ticket Payments). We can also forward mail received to
your committee or a coordinator. We batch ship at the first class rate plus a
handling fee of 10˘ per piece
included in the batch mailed. CHECK PAYMENT AND HANDLING Use our Check Payment & Handling Service. We use our company
checking account. You don’t have to have your own checking account which can
cost you commercial fees. We will make all collections and deposit them to our
account. We can cut all checks for payment to authorized vendors, under our
generic name of Reunions Committee. Everything will be legal and proper. Our
fee is just 25˘ per item
deposited and $1.00 per check issued, regardless of amount. We will keep track
of all deposits and checks issued, accounting on a weekly basis to you and your
committee. ONLINE (WEB SITE) DATA COLLECTION We will create a series of Web Pages on our WEB SITE that will
represent your Reunion or Party. This will be accessible from our web site at
www.reunionsandparties.com
and from our LINKS Page on our
www.TLEONLINE.COM Web Site. This will include
online interactive web pages for your classmates/guests to REGISTER for your
reunion or party. We will give you access codes so you can access reports
regarding this information. Our fee for this service is $49.00 per month. For
an additional one time fee of $65.00 we can design a web page that will be
exclusively representative of your party or reunion and accessible from the
Reunions and Party Web Site, event’s home and more info pages. ONLINE REUNION TICKET SALES (This is currently
unavailable) We will create a “Packages” for the sale of tickets and or
memorabilia or merchandise for your reunion. or party.
All purchases will use a credit or debit card and be handled online. We use
PAYPAL for secure transaction processing. We charge 10% for the handing and
processing of each ticket sale. This amount is charged to the purchaser and not
to your committee. Some instances will require the assessment of Michigan’s 6%
Sales Tax. PRINTING & MAILING SERVICES We can design Invitations, Letters and Postcards that represent
your reunion or party. We can address and mail your invitations. A Mailing List
created in MS EXCEL is needed. We will covert and print mailing labels at the
rate of $3.00 per 30 labels. Invitation design is $45.00 for a master and
printing is 15˘ per sheet
printed. #10 Envelopes or standard postcards, addressed with our PO BOX number,
can be then labeled and mailed. The handling charge is 10˘ per piece plus US First Class or Postcard
Rate Postage. REGISTRATION TABLE STAFFING You should be enjoying your reunion as your guests. You should not
have to hover over the registration table, handing out badges and collecting
fees. We can provide a Registration Staff member to do that for you. The Fee is
$15.00 per hour, with a minimum of four hours per staff member. Our staff
member will provide the security for the registration table. They will also be
responsible for their own meals. EVENT MANAGEMENT An Event Manager would be assigned to see that all of the
activities on your reunion schedule are carried out. It is always recommended
that an Event Manager be in attendance to perform this vital service. They
would also staff the Registration Table to give relief to the Registration
Staff Member. Our Fee is $20.00 per hour for the Event Manager with a four hour
minimum. Event Managers are responsible for their own meals. DJ (MUSIC) SERVICES We contract with a Professional Disk Jockey Company. Generally, the
average fee is about $650.00 for a four hour DJ service. They will play the
music you would like. We charge 15% of the total DJ Fee for arranging and
contracting. PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE There are two options for this service. First, we can provide a
staff photographer who will take DIGITAL photographs before and during your
reunion and a Group Photograph. Our charge for this is $15.00 per hour, plus
the sale of 8 x 10 Group Photos at a cost of $15.00 each including postage and
handling to mail the photos to those who order them. From the photographs taken
during the event, a PHOTO-CD will be produced. It will cost $15.00 per CD Disc
which includes mailing and handing. These both can be ordered at the online web
site for your Reunion or Party if that option is selected. Second, we can
distribute “table cameras”, one to each table, for the classmates to use. We
charge $9.00 for each camera. We then collect the cameras after the reunion,
develop the photographs taken into digital formats and record them on
PHOTO-CDs. The charge for a PHOTO-CD is $15.00 per CD Disc, which includes
mailing and handling. This again will be available for purchase on the related
web site if the option is selected. We will not print individual photographs. EVENT PLANNING & BUDGETING This service will be provided by one of our Consultants. The consultant
will have documentation and sample forms to present to your committee and meet
with them at their convenience. A consultant fee of $25.00 will be charged for
this single service. Prior to this session, a FREE consultation will be
arranged at a convenient location like a restaurant. Coffee is on us. GUEST/CLASSMATE SEARCH We can assist you in classmate and/or guest searches at the rate of
$1.00 per guest/classmate found. This is verified with a return of either an
“Information” Postcard or an R.S.V.P. from the person(s) contacted. We cannot guarantee that all
classmates (or any, for that matter) will be found, contacted and a response
received. Each of these services require that an agreement be written and
signed by at least two (2) committee people and counter-signed by a company
representative, before any work is scheduled or performed. See
