We became the
Reunions & Party
Consultants as a matter of necessity. Originally, we were the reunion committee for
putting on our 25 year, 30 year, 35 year and 40 year class reunions for our high
school's graduating class. The owner of Tender Loving
Enterprises, our parent company,
was the chairperson. He and a couple of other classmates took on the job because
the reunion company that
used to do their reunions, decided to close at the end of the year and was not
going to take on any more there
after. This being a dilemma, the owner started from scratch. With the aid of a
couple of other classmates; ones
with business backgrounds and design and party planning capabilities, a
committee was formed. A little over a
year later, they put on a successful class reunion. The outgrowth of this is this company. While the other classmates are not part of the immediate management of this venture, the owner still has contacts and through sub-contracting, the ability to handle all that needs to be done to do the work. |
