Ok, now you get your questions answered.First, we charge 99¢ per month for a BUSINESS CARD SIZED AD that is to be placed on our Web Site. We will accept other Sized Ads, but the cost per month is higher for each size. We charge $1.98 per month for DOUBLE SIZED BUSINESS CARDS. That's the monthly cost. And, there is NO SET UP FEE. We do, however, require a minimum advertising period of THREE (3) Months for ALL NEW Advertising.
Once you have a plan, we will not raise the rates on you as long as it is in effect. That's cool! Plus, we offer some discounts from time to time on long term and renewing advertisers. We do this, usually, with e-mail announcements.
One important point...
This web site is not Regionally Selective, although most "SEARCH" based on US Zip Codes.. This means that ads may appear that are outside of the USA advertising market area. Interestingly enough, a web site is a "GLOBAL" access point, not subject to the limitations of political borders or governmental restrictions as to viewing. Advertising seen may very well be referred to out-of-country businesses and advertisers. There could, literally, be advertisers from the likes or Angola or Argentina, Zambia or New Zealand. We are striving to design a web site that can serve foreign advertisers. Until we accomplish this modification, just be alert that the advertising you see, may not be in your own backyard!

What do you need to do?
1. Send us your BUSINESS AD IMAGE. It can be colored just as you have it. What we will do is SCAN it to our file. An even faster way is to make it an e-mail attachment and send it to admin@rio-ads.com. Of course, "What You See Is What You Get..." When sending via e-mail, use a photo image format like GIF or JPEG and "attach" the image to your e-mail. Do not embed the image in your e-mail. We will not process an ad image beyond scanning it in to our system. Otherwise, that would be called "artwork" and we'd have to charge more. So give us your BEST IMAGE possible. We can create a "generic ad" for you at no charge, but it is really very plain. Please note, double sized business cards are acceptable at this time. However, they must contain all of the ad information on one side of the card only. We cannot accept business cards that have front and back printing. 2. Along with your Business Ad Image, We need your Full Name, Company Name (if any), your Mailing Address (sorry, no PO Box Numbers) including Street Number, Street Name, City, State, Zip Code (or Postal Code) and Country. In Addition, we will need a Day Time And Evening Time Phone Number. Please include the Area Code and Country Code if this is a foreign Ad. We also need your E-MAIL ADDRESS. You can use our "Online Ad Submission Form" to do this. It's convenient and we get your information immediately. This is very important as it must be on file for you to select an AD PLAN. As soon as we confirm payment, your advertising will be published. We prefers that AD PLANS are paid for using our PAYPAL Services Page, although we can service you with our INVOICED Ad Plan as well. You need to enter an Advertisement and select your payment method. Once you click the Submit Button, you will either be taken to our PAYPAL Service Page or have an INVOICE displayed. On the PAYPAL Service Page, you will be advised as to how to make your payment. You can use VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS or a PAYPAL Account. Please note that ALL CHARGES are based on United States Dollars (USD). We make no conversions, except as may be handled by your Credit Card Company and PAYPAL. If you selected to pay with an INVOICE, the INVOICE Page will be displayed. You MUST pay the FULL Amount of the INVOICE. Print TWO (2) Copies of the INVOICE and send one copy, along with your check or money-order via U.S. Mail, to the address on the Invoice. Remember, all checks and money-orders MUST be paid in US FUNDS, otherwise a $39.00 Bank Processing Fee will be billed to you. For those who want to pay with a check or money order, CLICK HERE!
3. On your Ad Submission Form, you can give us up to 10 Keywords that best describe your business, product, service, whatever. We have a list of Categories you can look at and select to represent your business ad type. Choose only one Category. Your Country and zip code (or postal code) will automatically be used, for our Regional Selection Sorting, when that phase of our web site is completed. These are all available on our Online Ad Submission Form. Note: other advertising sites will charge you "Click Through" Fees for having your E-mail Address and/or Web Site URL on your ad. We don't!
4. Please note that since we are an Internet-based service, 99% of our services are accessed ONLINE! There may be a need to contact us in another manner, and you can do that via e-mail, US Mail or by a LOCAL Area Coded Telephone Number. Click on Contact Us for more Information.
5. Billing you is all automatic with PAYPAL. You will have your charge card "charged" for the monthly amount, on the same day of the month, each month of your selected AD PLAN. Cancellation is easy through PAYPAL as long as you initiate the cancellation process BEFORE the next month's charge is taken. For more information click here ð BC SAVERS CANCELLATION METHOD. 6. Also, if you'd like, you can have a FREE link to your e-mail address or web URL. You can do this on the Online Ad Submission Form, as well.
7. There is additional space for entering information for the MORE AD Feature. It will allow you to enter up to 250 characters of description, that can be viewed when a user clicks the "More..." Link under your Ad. This will open a separate window containing your ad and the description. This will be useful if you want to include a phone number in your ad, other than any found on your ad itself. The MORE AD Feature adds an additional charge or 99¢ USD per month, on top of the regular monthly advertising rate.
