Hardware Services We can assist you in finding the right hardware to do the job. Whether it is a Stand-alone Computer or a Network of Computers with a Server, we can help you get what you need. We, ourselves, do not "sell" computers or other hardware. We have "connections" to reputable dealers who can provide the technical expertise in computer and server selection and network architecture. We can assist in the installation of hardware, but the final engineering is left up to our competent suppliers. We also now perform Troubleshooting with regards to hardware issues. If we cannot resolve a problem with your hardware, we will take it into our Technical Liaison and have it repaired at the "going" rate for Labor and Parts.						Software Services One of our original specialties was finding the right software to do a specific job. We are online software specialists. This is not bygone from the service of client software installation. We can assist you with finding the right tools. Applications will need a special "touch" in installation and the necessary expertise in testing accuracies and detecting faults. In addition, we can assist you in learning to use your software applications. We have a library of Computer Based Training that can help you to understand the nuances of the software package you have purchased. We specialize in Troubleshooting Software issues. In most cases, we can resolve your issue right at your location. We come to you, not you to us!
